OuterRing: Weapon VFX

The main effects for all plasma weapons in Outer Ring.
With full creative freedom, I decided to create a specific visual language that would allow to read specific weapons and their element just from the effect. The shape of the muzzle flashes plays an important role representing the weapon type, pistol, assault rifle, shotgun and sniper, while the rest of the effect is streamlined to be easily readable from any pov.
